(All entry fees include course costs, tour membership required.) ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE: $250 (Save $100 by paying $150 up front for the full Annual Membership when joining the tour.) MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE: $50 Covers one month, and contributes toward annual membership SINGLE EVENT MEMBERSHIP FEE: $20 Covers one event, and DOES NOT CONTRIBUTE toward annual membership ELIGIBILITY:    Open to all amateurs, non-amateurs, and pros at least 18 years of age, with all play from the back most tees.
